Just ate the top tier of my wedding cake
it wasn't bad at all. we ate it this sunday, our 1 year anniversary. it was chocolate cake, canoli chip cream, and whipped cream topping. the cake was a little dry but the frosting and filling was still pretty good. how was your wedding cake, a year later?

We had ours Sunday as well and it was disgusting, However ours had strawberries and bananas and they got so gross  we just had a bite eat for tradition. It tasted like rotting fruit

mine wasnt too bad... it was red velvet with the creamcheese frosting... i think the fondant preserved it pretty good !

Mine was good too! We had marble cake with white cream frosting it wasnt to bad. & im glad its out if the frezzer! lol

im going to eat it. i was just talking with dh about this and he thought i was crazy.
I had mine a week after our anni. DH wanted nothing to do with it except throw it in the garbage...hopefully the tradition isn't true as I was the only one to eat some of it!

I have heard that it doesnt taste good at all 1 year later. lol
But DH and I will be doing the same on May 28th.

I would chuck it and get a mini cake made to replicate the top tier.

We just ate ours last sunday, it was SO good! Still moist and tasted just like it did on the wedding day! I was shocked! DH even ate some for dessert the next day lol
