2nd Dog

As if I don't have enough going on right now between selling a house, relocating & buying a new house I found a Shiba Inu that I want to adopt. We have Sandy already who is a Shiba. We always talked about getting a 2nd one. Are we nuts!! The owners are willing to hold onto the dog until we move to VA if we are the right family but it this to much! He is sooooo cute!

I have 2 shibas, and they keep each other company alot when we are not around. The only down side is the older female definiteyl bonded with Loki (the small male) more than with us or any of the other dogs. Also, I would not adopt of the same sex. It is unfortunately a character flaw in Shibas that they can eb a bit vicious toward their own gender (especially females).

But I think that it is great to have 2 dogs....considering I have many many dogs

ETA: I just saw that it is a he....I think it would be more than fine.
