I thought we might get a decent picture with Santa this year
nope, they are both still scared, wouldn't even walk past the area in the mall, we had to walk all the way around the back of it.

DD doesnt seem as scared this year..but I dont know if she will go as far as to sit on his lap. we shall see.

Totally a no go. I tried just to walk by and they both refused to move any closer than the back of the tree behind him. Maybe next year......

Yep, that was Lauren! She froze and was glued to the ground when she saw we were talking past the place where you can take a picture. I pulled her along and said let's go and she screamed "I don't want to take my picture with him!" We were just walking by, not even thinking of taking a picture!

Last year was such a classic!
Have they connected it's the same guy who gives them presents.

They made the connection, but Sarah said that she likes just sending him letters and she's going to draw him a special picture to include so that if she hurt his feelings at the mall he'll feel better.
