Anyone interested in a 7 week challenge to end out the year?

I figured we could start Friday, 7 weeks left to 2010. I know I could easily gain 20lbs in this holiday craziness. I would love instead to lose 10 and really get back to working out like I was.

Anyone interested?

Me!!! I failed terribly at the Fall Challenge and I am so disgusted with myself!

I would try too...I have gained some extra pounds id like to lose..Would love to start right after Thanksgiving!!

Yup! I have such a terrible lack of commitment for some reason when it comes to dieting. Working out I do religiously but then I have such a tough time following it up with a good diet. Ugh! I am in!!

I'll give it a shot. My goal by Christmas was 30 lbs. and I only lost 7 lbs so far I haven't gained any of it back. I'm just at a stand still. I would like to lose another 10, possibly 15 by Christmas.

I don't have a problem with discipline. I have a problem with planning my meals. I dont even actually eat 3 meals a day. I usually eat a brunch and dinner. I just feel that I dont have enough time to do it right with 2 kids, driving them to and from nursery school and speech. I eat best on the 2 or 3 days I work.

Well, I wanted to lose the rest of this baby weight in the fall challenge.
I barely lost any weight, but with running 3-4 times a week I am seeing improvements in the way I look even though the scale is not budging. So my goal will not be weight loss but just to continue working out regularly.

Me! I need to bring it home before Christmas and I need and incentive to stay on plan until then too!

I have lost 23 lbs since July and was part of the fall challenge but I am about 10-12 lbs from my goal so I would be down for this

I'm in !

Even if I don't lose, I really really want to make sure I don't put on the extra 5 I usually do this time of year. Then maybe January instead of getting back to the weight I'm at now, I can make some progress. It has been creeping up over the years and ideally, I would love to lose 15 lbs, but I think 8 would put me at a good weight that I could maintain.
