Throwing up and teething?

Sorry this is long....

Tuesday of last week, my LO (17 mths) Threw up her entire bottle of milk, and threw up about 4 more times after that, so I took her to her pediatrician who said it was probably just a stomach bug, to give her pedialyte and bland foods...which I did, and she was fine...one loose stool that evening, but no more throwing up.
Cut to Thanksgiving Day, we took her to Philly because she was fine...she throws up in the car, but we chalked it up to car sickness because we were in stop and go traffic and she had a bottle in the car, she was fine after that, back to her normal self...etc.
Saturday afternoon she throws up (more like spits up) while I was feeding her corn and rice, thats all that came up, she sneezed and BLECCKH!
Shes been good, and eating since no more throwing/spitting up.
She has not had a fever at all, shes not lethargic, shes not cranky...Im feeling like if this was a stomach bug she'd be throwing up all the time and be miserable. Shes chewing on her fingers alot and her teeth are breaking in the back, and shes been pulling on both her ears but Dr. said no ear infection. This week was the first time my daughter EVER vomitted and Ive been a nervous wreck all week!!! I read a few times online that there is no link between vomitting and teething but alot of people are telling me that its her teeth.

Same thing is happening to my little guy. Took him to the Dr's, checked out fine. Dr said the excessive drool from the teething could be making him nauseous and throw up

Yes swallowing all that drool from teething can cause them to puke.

Also, there is a stomach bug going around (I had it) and it could have just been that.
