female version of James?
If we were having a boy we were going to use James as a middle name, to honor DH's uncle. But, we're having a girl. Can you think of a female version of James? All I can think of is Jamie. I'm not sure if I love that as a middle name along with our first name choice. Any others?

Well, in French, James is Jacques... so maybe Jacqueline?

Re: female version of James?
Found from Googling Jamie Gemma/Jemma Jamilla Jamesina (Scottish) Giachetta (Italian version of Giacomo) Lake PP said Jacqueline
I actually like James as a middle name for a girl. My middle name is my mom's maiden name so it's not feminine.

Re: female version of James?
I knew a couple of girls named Jaymes, and thought that was really fun. Also, Jane is a good alternative!

My nieces middle name is James (just as is). It is for my grandfather and my brother (who is her godfather).
