Ran 4 miles this morning and had a great diet day. Now I just need to make it through the night without grabbing a cookie. Looking to run another 3 or 4 miles tomorrow.

I had a really rough summer and fall due to some serious health problems. I made up my mind that I need to turn this around. Glad I saw this post today also!
Goals: Drink WATER!! Snack on better items through out the day work out twice a week Plan meals at home / make better choices out to eat

Rejoining WW this morning...have been fooling myself into thinking that my portions have been right for months.... husband is getting me a personal trainer to get me back on track...so excited!

Goals:
-walk 3 miles 3x per week -start the Couch to 5K program -start using the on demand exercise channel a few times a week -track points ALL week- no freebie weekends -try to lose 15lbs -eat at home at least 5 nights a week - drink more water and less diet pepsi

I worked with my trainer and took a spin class last night. Had two really good food days. Also got my water in both days! Feeling good!!!!

I am going to start tomorrow......Dec.1st.
Goal - lose 10 pounds (need to lose about 25 ) but if I can lose 10-15 by the first week of January I'll be happy.
Need to workout at least 4 times a week.
Need to eat better b/c I'm always on the run BUT things after this week should slow down a bit leaving me more "me" time.
Drink more water - less coffee!
Stop eating so much bread!!!!!
Baby steps - one day at a time!

I started on Monday. I refuse to buy bigger pants!
I would love to be down 10 pounds by January 1
My goals are:
-Workout at least 5 days a week.
-STOP drinking soda.
-Eat breakfast
-Get 8 hours of sleep

You know that is one meal that you can't skip and you definitely need the get the most bang for your buck with breakfast...gotta start your day off right!
For breakfast, I have been having one of those 4 oz. cottage cheeses and a grapefruit with a little honey. It's yummy and filling!

this is perfect! i need a serious change.
i'm gonna go to zumba 3 days a week
walk a mile during lunch at work
only soda at lunch (water for dinner)
limit my sweets
try to bring in healthy foods for my work parties

I'm failing majorly!
I started a new job and can't seem to find the time to workout anymore!
I have been losing some weight though because I have been so busy during the day that I'm not snacking like I usually do!

I'm in. My weight loss goal for the fall challenge was 25 lbs. and I ended up losing 20!
Ideally, I would love to lose another 5-7 lbs; but that's really only to strike my own ego when looking at the scale.
This time around, I'm not going to focus too much on the scale. I am more interested in inches- specifically my waist and belly area. I also want to tone up my muscles all around.

I've had a really successful two weeks!
I've stuck with my running plan, and have run at least 4 days each week.
I've been tracking my points religiously.
I've lost 5 pounds! Which means I'm back to the weight I was when I got married in July! I'm really happy!

I'm in! My fall weight loss challenge didn't go as planned.
Started at 149
Currently 144.5
Goal for when I go on vacation Jan 8th is 135
It was originally 130 but that is not realistic now. My goals are to hit the gym 4-5 days a week, drink a ton of water and green tea, and limit my carbs. Also, I am starting to see definition in my stomach, so I want to keep up with my ab work. I hurt my knee the beginning of the week, but I plan to go back to the gym on Monday.

How's everyone doing?
I'm about 11 days in on WW. I had my WI today b/c I want to go to Friday meetings. I was bummed to only be down 2lbs but I know it's better than gaining 2lbs. I've had a really good week. Doing well with working out this week too. Focusing on staying focused as the food fest quickly approaches.
