I feel silly asking this.....After DH and I BD...I usually keep my legs up for 20 minutes. Sometimes if I get up after 30 minutes it seems to come out ( sorry for the TMI) but I had to ask. Does this happen to anyone else? How much longer should I lay down...do you think thats enough time for his "little guys" to swim up there?
