HELP! I dropped my BC PILL down the drain!
So now what?? I took the next one so I wouldn't miss a day, but eventually I will!

I've done that! 
What I did was keep taking my pills and then finish the pack one day early. Not a big deal, I don't think. Some brands have you take 24 active pills; most have you take 21. So the exact number of pills isn't a magic number or anything. Missing a pill in the beginning of the month is a no-no; at the end, I think you're okay.
If you're really concerned you can call your doc and ask her.

You're okay. Just keep going so that you 'miss' the last day. Then start a new pack.
