Glee 11/30
OMG...
I was SHOCKED by the Emma situation and the Finn/Rachel ending. Totally did NOT see Emma doing that or Rachel for that matter.
On the happy side, how awesome were Mike and Brittany? I wish I was that coordinated, they were amazing.
I'm thinking Kurt's on his way back soon..seems like he's suffocating at Dalton.

The whole Emma thing stunned me but yet I'm not bothered by it. I think, good for her!! But where the heck are they going with this?
it's RACHEL that bugs me! UGH I HATE HER. My poor Finn 
It's hard for me not to compare this year's sectionals episode to last. Last year's was freaking AWESOME. This one was...eh. Though I did love the dancing.
And a TIE? Come on. As much as I loved Dalton's version of a song I can't STAND  (They shoulda done Teenage Dream instead- LOVED that)...it was great and all, it wasn't as big of a production as New Directions was.

I agree about Kurt at Dalton. He will definitely be back soon. He just seems so lost there.
Shocked about Emma and somewhat disappointed. I really want her and Mr. Shue to be together.
The dancing definitely made sectionals. Brittany and Mike were awesome.
Next weeks episode looks hysterical with Brittany and Santa. I love that she has more of a part this season. I love her!

I was shocked too.
I can't figure out how they are going to get her out of the marriage and back with him, but you know it's kind of inevitable.
Although I wouldn't complain if they brought Gwyneth back to date Shue.
I liked the episode a lot. My stupid DVR cut off in the middle of the Florence and the Machine song.
I'm glad Finn broke up with her - she deserved it. But I do still love Rachel.
And I so want to be able to dance like Brittany!!

So did mine!!!!! But I DVR Raising Hope so it recorded a little bit of the end. Cablevision needs to fix that!!!
This whole Emma storyline is weird....Is Uncle Jessie (forgot his name on Glee) controlling, manipulative? judging by Emma's face during "Dog Days Are Over" she didn't seem too sure.
I LOVED Emma's coat!!! Rachel's coat too which I think was Anthropologie!

It was such a good episode!
Anyone catch Ryan Murphy's (director) message about how school administration can't seem to make a zero-tolerance policy unless they wipe away individuality (such as at Dalton)? I thought that was a really interesting and powerful message...but then again, DH is a professor, and all of my work experience has been in student affairs, so we might be the only nerds that look for that stuff when we watch Glee .
Loved loved loooooved the dancing. And I LOVED the look Artie gave Brittany when she was explaining that she lost his magic comb  . It was so endearing!

You know, it's so strange to me and I didn't expect to feel this way, but I am really liking them as a couple. I think they are sooo sweet!
I also feel like Kurt will feel stifled at Dalton. He's way too much of an individual to live like that. It's a tough situation for him to be in, but I'm liking his storyline so far this season. I'm interested to see where it goes.
ETA I wanted to SLAP Rachel for expecting Finn to be OK with her "payback" - HOW is cheating on a person the same to her as lying by omission about something prior to their relationship? UGH.

I'm glad Emma's with Carl. I want Hollie Holliday to come back for Will. Gwyneth Paltrow was great on the show and they had good chemistry!!

I totally think Kurt will be back soon, he's not right at Dalton.
I was shocked at Emma too, I think it was a little weird too that she got married and we never even saw him once in the episode.
Finn and Rachel I figured it was coming because of Santana so I wasnt all that surprised. And i was SO excited to hear Mike and Brittany were going to dance, I wish I could pull stuff like that off, it was awesome.

I absolutely love what the show is doing with Kurt/Blaine and Artie/Brittany. The more they are show of Mike Chang the more I love that character too.
Anyone else feel like Tina is just a filler? What has she done lately besides last night's sing-a-long with Mercedes?
I'm also over the whole Emma and Mr. Shue love thing. It was barely anything to begin with and now it's just pitiful for him. I hope she stays with Carl! The more Uncle Jesse on this show the better
And one question: where is Quinn living nowadays?! Is she still staying with Mercedes?? Glee leaves a lot of stuff open-ended.

Glad to see Shue a little angry in the episode. Showing a different side.
Ugh... can't stand Rachel. Was sooo happy she didn't get a solo.

I still have Florence and the Machine in my head from last night. I really liked that they had other people in the spotlight for a change.

Yes I TOTALLY do and mentioned it to one of my coworkers, but she thought I was nuts. But last week Sue Silvester made a Home Alone reference or something.. I wish I could remember exactly. But we're not the only ones who notice!

I don't think the marriage is real. Like another poster said, you didn't even see Carl in the episode. She just looked too fishy while she was telling him. As for sectionals, I think it was nonsense that there was a tie. The Warblers were just so blah. Nice song, done well, but with ONE guy and not the entire glee club. As for Kurt, I think it's been obvious from day one that he won't be at Dalton for long, it was too easy a solution and after Puck stood up to that football player in the locker room I think that Kurt will eventually tell everyone what really happened. I am so glad they finally cut Rachel down, she is so incredibly annoying and deserves all the hate she got in that episode and future episodes. I do not know a single person in real life who is that full of themself and her character has gotten out of control.

Kurt is the molting/suffocating bird in the cage. . . at one point he'll open the cage door and let it fly away and he'll go back to New Directions.
. . . and I think the football kid will be outed and will then be bullied himself. . . I have a bad feeling about that character, he's so tortured about who he is.
I'm new to Glee - what grade are they supposed to be in?

yes they did a quick hug at the end. Carl was smiling and Emma looked nervous like she was reconsidering the marriage

OMG I Loved that!
I am hoping for a rekindling of the Puck/Rachel romance. I loved when someone said to Rachel "No one even likes you" and you hear Puck pip in "I do"
I find Mr Shue to be annoying, I want more Uncle Jesse singing!

Don't get me wrong, I still love the show, but all Shue does is yell at the kids (me thinks he needs to get la!d!!!!!)
And Emma gtting married, I feel like they are rushing things! Net time lose the Brritany episode and focus more on your story line!
