WW Points +: Question about points
I'm making tacos (from one of those kits for dinner).
First I looked up tacos in the complete food companion. For "Beef Taco: hard, dinner kit in a box, preparped (2)" its 8 points. For soft its 10.
Then I looked on the package and used my calculator to figure out the points. For 2 shells prepared with lean ground beef its 3 points. For two tortillas prepared with lean ground beef its 4 pts.
I'm assuming I should follow the points calculator since I took it right off the box? But how come they are SO different? I don't want to overeat!

Re: WW Points +: Question about points
The WW book probably estimates based on regular ground beef.

Re: WW Points +: Question about points
If you have the nutritional info, use the points based on that.

Re: WW Points +: Question about points
Thanks! I figued I should go by the nutrional info but it was so much lower than the book I was afraid of undercounting my points!

Re: WW Points +: Question about points
That discrepency is exactly why I am unhappy with the new program. If you read what it says on e-tools, you should use the 8 points, not the 3 points.
