WW - What "lean protein" are you eating?
I feel like lean proteins are underrepresented in my diet. What do you eat? Got any good shortcuts?

Re: WW - What "lean protein" are you eating?
chicken breast chicken thighs turkey medallions lean ground turkey lean pork cuts (or i hand trim the fat off) very rarely but on occasion red meat such as steak
Usually chicken thighs i braise with veggies and stock and seasonings (this week we did braise chicken thighs with celery, leeks, carrots, lemons and a 1/4 cup of white wine and chicken stock)
chicken breast: bread them in soy flour/seasoning and bake them, cut them up in thin slices and make a stir fry (we did this week with pineapples, peppers, onions and string beans), roll them around veggies, fajitas
turkey medallions is tonight and not sure yet what i am doing
ground turkey: tacos always sometimes a meatloaf but that is rare now
Yogurt - plain no fat (high source of protein and no sugar) add in fruit
egg whites
lean pork chops or roasts: usually broil/bake and season and make sides like any other person would. Sometimes use pork chops to chop up and make a stir fry but not that often.

Egg whites in the AM. Grilled chicken, beans or turkey coldcuts for lunch. For dinner...usually grilled, sauteed or baked chicken, ground turkey meat or fish/shrimp.

How do you prepare chicken?
Last night I took bone-in breasts and marinaded in a lemon pepper marinade, then baked them at 425 for 40 minutes. Tonight I am cutting boneless chicken breasts into pieces and sauteeing them in a little olive oil with fresh broccoli for a stirfry. Later this week I am making baked boneless chicken breasts with a marinade. Sometimes I like to do a shake n bake chicken too.
