Another daycare gift question: Get anything for center director?

There's the owner/director....
there's also a kind of office manager...

Do I get them gifts? What in particular, how much?

I already got Target gcs for her three teachers and I plan on bringing in bagels one day and a little dessert treat another day.

I am - but, they have done a lot for us this year. DS only goes part time and we get to pick the days. They have been extremely flexible with us moving the days and we didn't lose any time when DS was sick earlier this month with chicken pox (we would've lost a whole week).

I believe I'm getting them Bath and Body Works hand soaps (we have a director and two assistant directors, along with an executive director who seems to be based in our center).

First year - nothing
Second year - bottle of wine
This year - I think I am going to get costume jewelry - maybe a necklace or something.

Not for the director per se, but for the center. I will be sending in a bagel basket with all the stuff that goes with it. I figured I would treat the staff to breakfast.

Why not get a nice gift basket for the 2 office people to share. Maybe something from Harry and David.

I never got for the director, but for the center as a whole I brought in a vegetable platter for them to put out at lunch....and then of course for DD's teacher and aides, i got gift cards and Vera Bradley change purses.

bagel gift baskets..this is neat..is there a company i can order from, or is this best done from a local bagel store.

I ask b/c I live in PA and the bagels..well, they kinda suck. but i think thats a great idea for the directors/staff and then get something for the teachers.

I get the Director, Assistant Director, Front Desk Admin and Billing person gifts...they all help me out so much over the year.

Last year I got each of them a magazine subscription gift and this year I got them each a scarf from Gap.

My budget is $15 - $20 per person.

I get the Director a $15 box of Godiva cacdy and the secretary a box of Godiva cookies... about $8 or $9.
