it's funny b/c about a month before they announced they were moving my DH and i were talking about their blog and we were saying that they would to move soon b/c they just about finished their house and to keep the blog going they'd have to move and start all over again....then a few weeks later i was like omg!! they are moving!! 
i am really really excited to see what they do with the new place!!!
i love all things houses

i think they live in VA
they def make money off their blog, it's their job...they make mood boards for people and i am pretty sure they charge for it. i know they also do articles in magazines, tv appearances, etc.

Wow that was quick, I hadn't looked on there in a while! I can't wait to see what they do with the new place... it has a lot of potential.

I think they make most of their money off the advertisements on the site. You can see their prices to advertise on their site and the number of ads they have and it seems like they are making a big chunk right there. It's pretty cool how their blog turned into their job.

I also enjoy that blog a lot. They're a cute couple with a cute kid, a cute dog, a great house, and some serious writing and decorting skills. I don't think they will be just a blog for long. Seriously, I can see them having a show of some sort on TLC someday. And, then we can all say that we knew of them back in the day!
If you take a peek at their advertising, you can guesstimate that theyre making bout 5k a month off that piece of it. Not bad rght?
