Howling

Molly was up this morning at 7am - and was howling and barking for a good 45 mins straight - like she would when someone first comes to the door.

I was freaked out and of course had DH search the house but the alarm was still on and no one was there.

She was staring at this one spot the entire time - as if she was barking at a person.

Has this happened to anyone's dog before or am I going to have to admit molly into the crazy pound?

Could it be the rain?

Re: Howling

Tyson does it too, he was looking at the ceiling yesterday and doing it. There was nothing there, I think they're just nutty and maybe hear something that we didn't. Could be the weather..I find it amusing BUT he's never done it at night..

Is there an air vent or anything in the area of where she is doing it?
