desolving stitches after tooth extraction

Do the stitches just disappear, desolve in your body or do they come out on their own. Mine seem to be more and more visable everyday. It is a week after surgery

My stitches came out.

Thank you for responding. That seems like the way it is going to happen for me. All of a sudden they are very visible. Can I ask how long after the procedure your's came out? Thanks again...
