NYPD PBA Ins. Pediatric Dentist

Hi There,

I need to find a dentist for my 3 year old son and we have our insurance with the NYPD PBA.

We'd like something in the South Nassau Area but would welcome any suggestions.

I'm at a loss as to how to find a dentist for him!

We dont have PBA coverage anymore, we now have DEA but either way I dont think either covers a ped. dentist. We were referred to Oceanside Family Dental by friends who have the coverage. We haven't been yet though.

Good to know! I think just called them and they have a "special" for a cleaning, x-rays, and maybe fluoride treatment for $210. I'm a teacher so I'll check to see if my union will reimburse for any of the cost.

I need to stop putting off a visit because he turned 3 in Sept and has never been to the dentist. He doesn't drink undiluted juice and doesn't eat candy so hopefully it'll be an easy visit for him.
