Hi there!
I feel like i should probably introduce myself before i start posting away on this board. I am more or less new to LIF from LIW.
I'm Rachel and I like to run and I take physique 57 and Core fusion classes, and I recently started bikram yoga.

Hi. I'm new too. Just joined today actually. I'm Olivia. I enjoy eating too much and watching reality television. I hate to run or do any type of physical activity. 
But i'm here to change that starting today!
