question for the ladies about "that time"
Do you gain a few pounds right before AF, or on the first day or two?
I am doing so well on my New Year's diet... but I gained a pound. I am so bloated. I think (hope) it's AF.

Usually I gain a little extra water weight right before and during. It's normal!

I gain sometimes close to 5 lbs around that time. It usually starts a day or two before. It's amazing how it goes away when the time is over, but I know its there because I sometimes can't button certain pants.
