I just have to say how much BETTER the customer service is at the store vs. when you call B&N.
Besides the fact that I've had to wait a half hour just to get a live person on the phone when I call, I have yet to spend less than 45 mins to an hour when I call.
Today after work I went to the B&N by my job and what a difference! I was there last week and the person there seriously left me doubting them, but thankfully the people there today were a lot friendlier and more knowledgeable, and more importantly, helped me very quickly.
I know someone else mentioned that store customer service was better, so I'll just say I totally agree!

Here, here! I had the same experience - the reps in the store have a direct line to corporate customer service, so can get questions answered faster & more thoroughly.

I haven't called once. I made friends with "Sam" and "Jonathan" and hit them up when I have an issue. The customer service line stinks.
