the fever is the thing that doesn't add up.
I wish you luck tomorrow. They will find what's wrong.
The GI dr said any kind of inflammation in the body can cause a low grade fever. Or I could have some type of infection.
That points to an ulcer by the h.pylori bacteria. Inflammation alone won't cause a fever.
