Large chested ladies- Recommend your nursing bras?
I am a DD and I hate every bra I own. Most our for nighttime but I wear them all day and no underwire. They offer now support and I have saggy boobs all day. I own a few medela, then bought 2 from gap maternity online. They all are terrible.
Can I wear underwire? Any recommendations?

I've worn underwire & non-underwire. I went to Blums to get fitted - they have a good supply of nursing bras in larger sizes. I think Anita is the brand name of one that I have.

Hands down Anita is the best for larger bras. I am a F and and have been wearing Anita underwire and one of their sports bras too.

I happen to love my nursing bras from target. I have both underwire and non-underwire.

You're going to laugh, but I wore these nursing bras that I found online at Walmart for like $12.... (now they sell for $20) I'm a 36DD and wore the 36D with no problem and room to spare. No underwire, but they supported me pretty well. They're thin - no thicker than a tshirt, so you might need padding to hide your nipples. I LOVED them and could sleep in them too!

Re: Large chested ladies- Recommend your nursing bras?
When I went out and had to go back to work I had to wear a regular bra because I wasn't happy with any of the nursing bras. I felt like their didn't give support or made me look like I had a uniboob! Ugh! I never had any problems wearing a regular underwire bra.
When I was home I wore one of my nursing tanks from Target! They're the best!

I was going to recommend this as well! I am a DD and had major issues trying to find nursing bras that offered support but were still comfortable. I FINALLY came across these on Zulily one day and bought 2. They are a little pricey but absolutely worth every penny! No underwire, super comfy, easy to use, and they have a a little thin pad insert so no nipple issues! I can't say enough about them!

I am going to try Blums in Patchogue, but my favorite and best one is actually a Bravado nursing tank. They cater especially to larger chested women! And they run coupons if you sign up for their mailing list!

Yep. No laughing here because I was about to also suggest them. They sell them 2 for 20 or 12 each I just bought them a couple weeks ago. Used them from day 1 with DD1 also and they held up quite well, I nursed DD1 until she was about 15 months old, too. I still wear those ones around the house too.
I have 2 from Motherhood too that I have worn for a total or 15 minutes. Literally. The newer one I bought and have tried on a couple times and never even made it to the point of putting a shirt on, I am too chubby and chesty for them. The straps are too narrow for me and they are also too small so.. They're free to a good home if anyone wants them.
