Hair salon recommendations in Nassau
Hi! I'm new to the board & did a very thorough search but didn't find any new salons.
I'm looking for a salon in either the Williston Park/Mineola/Albertson/Manhasset OR Jericho/Syosset/Plainview relative area. However, I would go to slightly further if need be. I have really long slightly wavy hair and want a completely different look (maybe color AND/OR curly perm). I'd like a laid back salon & am curious about Salon ID (Syosset), Cactus Salon (Plainview), or Ultissima (Albertson).

I use textures in garden city..the owner used to work at jairsay and the vibe there is so laid back and they do a great job!

I go to Cactus in Plainview on South Oyster Bay Rd. I see Eddie for color and Desiree for cut. I also have seen Jared for cuts.

I got to ID Salon at the corner of South Oyster Bay rd and Jericho Turnpike in Syosset.

Who do you see at SalonID. Yours is like the 5th recommendation I've gotten for them so I think I'll go there. Do you get cut & color? How much is it? Thanks

I used to go to April at Hairsay in Garden City Park. They are located on Jericho in the same shopping plaza as Jonathan's Restaurant.
I don't know if April is still there, it's been a few years since I went there. I only switched because I decided to go someplace local.
