I did it!!
I joined a gym today and even took my first Zumba class there! Loved it. Now, I'm all pumped for going and working out but how do you ladies keep the motivation going all year long?? I committed to a year membership and want to use it to the fullest extent all year. Just have to keep my head in it...but how?
Any advice??
Oh, and I hope I have a gym buddy from here!!!

Good for you!
The only thing I can tell you about motivation is that it will fade - and when it does, you need to go even if you don't feel like it. Make it part of your schedule, so it's just the thing you do on whatever days of the week. And even if you don't "want" to go to the gym on a particular day, you'll always be glad you went after the fact, so keep that in mind too.
