Neti pot?
Has anyone used this contraption before?? I never heard of it until yesterday, and since then 2 people have recommended I use it to clear up my sinus congestion. I called the OB office and they said it's fine to use, but I think i'm a little afraid I'm going to screw it up!  
If you have used it, does it really work??

I hated the neti pot! Use "sinus rinse" it looks like a sports bottle and you squeeze it one nostril holding your head up right so nothing goes in your ear. Good Luck. I love it!

I use one and I swear by it. It's not as scary as it seems...you just have to go slow the first time, then you'll see that it's easy and it definitely helps to clear things out!

i looooove my neti pot!!!!
it really helps.
if you breathe in steam w/ 2 drops of eucalyptus oil after using the neti pot, you sinuses will be super clear.

I love my neti pot! That thing is amazing! Its gross to see what comes out but after I feel great! So worth the minute of weirdness it takes to be able to breath great again!

It is totally worth it. Mine looks like a teapot. I use it in the shower so I don't make a mess. I love it.

I find people either love it or hate it.
I hate it -- it doesn't work for me.
Have both the neti pot and the neti sinus rinse bottle -- and neither works.
But I know others swear by it.

I should really get one, but I hate getting water up nose...I still have to hold my nose when I go under water...I would probably choke to death using it...
A friend of mine just got one and she loves it...

I've never used a neti pot, but I use saline nasal spray that comes in a spray can, and it serves the same purpose but without all the mixing...
