Not sure about this place, but there is a place in syosset called little chefs that does bday parties. The cost us $450 for 15 kids 1 1/2 party with favors included.

I have been looking into a few places like that for my boys b-day party. I found lilchef.com they come to your house with all the supplies. I thought there prices were a little high so I'm considering on doing it myself. My boys love making pizza so we might do a pizza making party. You can go to your local pizza rest & they will give you enough dough for each kid to make a personal size pizza
