Yay or nay on this dress for DD ---PIC now FIXED
It's $15
UPDATE: Just came today in the mail and I love it! I got it for DD in 2T, and it definitely runs true to size, or slightly smaller, so in case you're ordering and wondering  Its SOOO soft too! Image Attachment(s):

I saw some Splendid stuff for boys in Target. I LOVE Splendid for myself, live in their pants. They use a lot of supima cotton and modal which makes the clothes so soft!
