Yeah, it's fairly accurate unfortunately. BTW - you could sub the director with friends/coworkers/inlaws/even LIFers. Everyone has an opinion and at some point makes you feel like an over protective overly paranoid parent.

Is that video a joke or an ad? bc I couldn't help but notice that the name of the person who supplied the video is frankelkershenbaum, which they reference in the video. I googled frankel & kershenbaum and they are lawyers in PA specializing in special eduation law. Weird...seems odd that a law firm would want that as advertisement, official or unofficially. IF they are not involved in it, I'd think they wouldn't want their name used, even if it is based on the real life runaround parents experience.
Despite that, it's quite pathetic how it's true even the bs about mailing papers home, mailing the back, everything moving so slow.

If that is the case for some of you, that is terrible!
Our experience has been the exact opposite. The psych evaluator told us that we have a very friendly CSE, so I guess my school district is in the minority.
The district I work in seems to be the opposite of this video too.
