I just had an endoscopy! Woo hoo
So I just had an endoscopy this morning...my doctor and I decided that after years of bad acid reflux and other stuff, we should take a look at my esophagus and stomach (I had another one in 2003).
I was under anesthesia but it was so easy and I was at work by lunch time!
Just wanted to share for anyone that thinks they should go for one---so quick and easy!

glad you are ok. I hope you didn't drive. Anesthesia lasts 24 hours in your system. That's why you have to have someone drive you home.

I'm getting one done next week, it's a double whamy, getting both the endoscopy and colonoscopy

I've never had a colonoscopy but assuming the prep is a little more than endoscopy but nothing too bad. You'll do great, good luck!
