Real Estate Appraisal
I am thinking about going back to school to become an appraiser. Are there any appraisers out there that can offer any insight?

I've thought about doing career route as well but ditched the idea after consulting with other appraisers who mention how hard jobs are to come by these days.
Supposedly, the best way to get a job is to get an appraiser to mentor you and work up from there... but good luck finding someone who's willing to take you under his/her wings given the scarcity of jobs.
If you like RE and the flexibility of the work, maybe think about being a interior decorator/stager/designer or home organization pro?

Thanks!! This is the honesty I need! I have 2 years of college left that I never finished, for education. I refuse to go back, as I hear it is close to impossible to find a job right now. I am exploring my options with a tech school or certificate school. I guess the medical field it is!
