there are plenty of places in manhatten and several comedy clubs in Long island depends on which area your looking to be around SOHO in the city has a lot of comedy clubs in long island there is a few good ones characters carolines etc

Try Huntington.
Besito is a great Mexican resturant..there are a bunch of comedy clubd on LI. The city is always great too. The Comic Strip on the Upper East Side and the resturants are great up there too.
