Re: recommend a SUPPORTIVE running bra

I am bf'ing too so I actually wear 2 sports bras when I run. I wear one that is like a regular bra and one that is the over the head bra. It helps keep them from bouncing around and I don't get a uniboob.

I really like Women's Moving Comfort sports bras. I think I have the Fiona one. One of my friends who I run with has a large chest and wore that bra while BFing. I don't have a large chest, but it's much more spportive than my cheaper sports bras.

I have Champion ones that I find very supportive (I am BFing as well). I wear one of those, and a running tank with a built in shelf bra over it.

Moving Comfort make the best bras especially if you have large chest. I used to wear those when I first started running but now my tatas have shrunk tremendously and I can wear any sports bra! They are the best IMO and worth the $$$$RChat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon
