What job title should I be looking for...

I'm currently going to school for a BS: Business Management-Healtcare. What job title should I be searching? The management positions that are coming up are for RNs. I'd like to think I'm going to be over qualified for an administrative position. Would I be searching for a Director? I have seen a few of those.

Also, does anyone have an idea what the going salary is for these positions?

TIA! I just want to be prepared when it comes time to search.

I think with no experience in the field and without a graduate degree, you would not be qualified to be Director.

I would apply for the administrative positions--why do you feel overqualified without having worked in the field?

The administrative positions that I've seen ask for a High School Diploma and the Director position required a Bachelors. I didn't mean for it to sound like I was tooting my own horn...By the job quaifications I would think an administrative job was not what I'd be looking for. May be I'm wrong!
