That aren't fattening? I feel like they are so boring, but DH loves them. They are on the menu for tomorrow night.

I make my own marinade. Orange juice, lite soy sauce or teriyaki, ginger and lime. Then grill. Also grill veggies that I soak in basalmic vinegar.
Cooks.com & Eatbetteramerica.com have good recipes.

I love them sprinkled with a cajun seasoning (already a blend like mccormick) served with a little applesauce - so yum!
Sometimes I just saute my own sliced apples in just a little butter and cinnamon so I know there is no added sugar and put on top.

I actually made them the other night. It was simple but delicious. I seasoned both side with salt pepper and garlic powder the I chopped onions and spread them over the top' A good amount. Put them in a baking pan on foil. Make sure you have enough tin foil to wrap them. Bake for one hour to and hour and a half at 350. They came out moist and delicious. They actually melted in my mouth.
Oh do not bake that long if they are thin pork chops they will dry out. Use your judgement.
