Charting
I am going to start charting this month. Today is Day 1 of AF. Do I start taking my temps tomorrow ?

Start taking them tomorrow, but make sure you mark today as the first day of your cycle with no temp. This way you keep it accurate as far as days are concerned.

When I first started I started temping the day I got AF. Now I chart all month long, its just easier for me to remember to do it each morning when I have to do it every day.
