I am so excited to share...
That as of yesterday I am a size 4!!!!! It has been 2 years since I was this small, and at that point DH was deployed and I had a baby by myself, which was all stress, I did this the healthy way. And it was a struggle considering all the problems with my thyroid, and not being able to hit the gym because DH is away so often. But I owe it all to my 3 year old and 10 month old. As it turns out chasing my little ankle biters is a great work out.
To all those on the diet/fitness path keep at it, and don't give up. It's all totally worth it.
