Lots of others have pointed it out, but yes, you're not having enough protein. Too many lonely carbs are making your body scream out for more food, b/c they get processed so quickly. Hard boiled eggs, peanut butter, thick yogurt. Don't be afraid of a 3 point yogurt, its staying power is worth it.
Also like lots of others have said, spread out the points more throughout the day. I used to hoard points to have a big dinner, but then I'd overeat at dinner or want to eat more right afterwards.

You need more protien, it may help!
Here is a typical day for me:
B (715ish): Cereal or Egg Beaters, clementine, Green Tea (crystal light)
Snack (11AM): Fiber One Bar, Fiber 90 Bar, LUNA Bar, or Special K bar...Also just discovered Kelloggs Fiber Antioxidant Bars (3 points)
L (1PMish): Sandwich on light bread (turkey, roasted chicken, ham, roast beef..whatever..I measure out 2oz), FF Cheese.... Apple Slices and Baked Chips OR WW chips on the side
S: Fruit, String Cheese, Crackers...whatever Im in the mood for.
D: I *just* got the new cookbook called *5*...Its GREAT! 5 Ingredients to make awesome meals!
Dessert: Pudding, WW Ice Cream, WW Brownie (really depends on how many points are left for the day). I usually always have my 1/2 cup of milk here too.
I honestly feel like I'm always eating! LOL

maybe try a different breakfast - when I eat cereal, I am STARVING like an hour later, even when it has fruit added.
My fave breakfast is nutrigrain waffles with microwaved blueberries (it makes a syrup, sort of) and its only 4 pts +
