Runners who wrap their toes.......

what do you use and how many do wrap? I have lost my 2nd toe nail recently and was told to wrap my toes.

I love my sneakers and my feet are comfortable and do no hurt when Im done running, just my toes rub.

I don't wrap toes because of the nail but I will occasionally "wrap" them because I tend to get blisters between my big and second toe. I have tried moleskin (which I didn't find helpful for blisters) but I had great luck with these cushions that band-aid makes. They're a little pricey, I think they break down to be about $1 each but they provide so much relief. If you are in the bandaid aisle, they are in a silver and green box. They mold to your toe to provide cushion. I'd try that over where you lost a nail.
