well ur exempt from the no meat rule i had coldcuts in moderation during this pregnancy and with ds. i made sure they were from a place that was busy. u could always warm it up but it never tastes the same

yeah, warm bologna could never work lol
I also heard that one in awhile isn't horrible and that if its at a clean place, boars head, freshly sliced... all that; idk - we'll see if I can make it through the day!

with ds i couldnt stand chicken or meat.. i couldnt handle chewing thru the fibers LOL. but i lovedd coldcuts!!!
this time around i cant get enough red meat and i still love cold cuts!
btw both are boys (i know some people say if u love red meat u are having a boy - totally not true with #1!!! hated red meat and had a )

My OB said that as long as you buy the cold cuts from a busy, reputable place and eat them that day or the next (after that they go in the garbage) you can have them without heating them up. So go for it.
