Real Ryders
Ive been obsessed with spinning for almost 2 years now and recently discovered Real Ryders. They are like the adult version of spinning bikes. The difference is that the handle bars move so you feel like you are riding a real bike. Im going to get certified to teach it this weekend and Im soooo excited. Anyway Im just wondering if anyone has tried it and what do you think?

Love them. I don't think I could go back to a regular spin bike. The workout is so much more intense, I actually had sore abs after my first few rides, and I'm in pretty good shape. I definitely wouldn't equate it to a real bike, but it's a lot closer.
I wish more regular gyms had them, it gets so expensive paying per class.
