How many WW Points+ in a bagel?
I'm looking for the points on a bagel (from a bagel store) with the insides scooped out.

That sounds like it would be similar to a bagel thin which is 3 points.

A regular bagel from a bagel store is 8 points.
If you get it scooped out..I would probably subtract no more than a point or two.
