Another question.....
I am in the middle of WW, and I have about 20 lbs to go. I just got the OK from my Dr. to excersize, as all my heart & blood stuff came back OK. Can I continue to work-out and adjust my weight during TTC & PG?

You can def. work out while TTC. When you become pg, I would as your OB because they say that if you work out regularly before pregnancy, then it is ok, but if you don't work out so regularly, then you shouldn't. I was told not to go to the gym because I had two issues in the beginning.

They say that you should not start a new workout program after getting pg...so, as long as you've established one before that, you'll be fine!
