Observations
Do leave replacement teachers get observed a lot? For some reason, I have a feeling I will be getting observed any day now... I have gotten observed once in November by the director of athletics, but not by any principals... So do you think leave replacement teachers get observed often?

Are you a full year replacement? When I was, I got observed just as much as any other teacher, 4 times total. At my current school, the same is true for full year replacements. I am not sure what happens with people who will only be there for a few weeks.
