Treadmill Users
What speed and incline do you use?
I've actually never used a treadmill before yesterday. I did 30 minutes at 3.5 speed and 3 incline. I don't even know how high the speed or incline can go. I kept trying to look over at the girl next to me to see what she had hers set at but I couldn't do it without her noticing.
I'm clueless
Please share your treadmill stats with me.

depends on what kind of workout you want. if your just starting start low and build up.. speed up to what your comfortable. and little by little add speed or incline.

I started on 0 incline...never really thought to run on an incline until recently (training for 1/2 marathon).
I was running comfortably at 6.5-6.8mph or so before starting to raise the incline. Now I run comfortably at 6.5mph on 1/1.5 incline. Today I ran at a 2 incline for the first time at 6.5mph and got tired within 1/2 mile or so...tomorrow I'll just try again for longer.
