Strip club in Wantagh/Seaford
Hi ladies.
Town of Hempstead has approved the opening of a STRIP CLUB literally 10 feet from a residential neighborhood in Wantagh(Seaford border)
Please join us on Sunday March 27th at 10:30am at 3500 Sunrise Highway and let your voice be heard.

Please call our local representatives and let them know how you feel.

Normally we don't infringe on people's rights to open a business but this is LITERALLY steps from a residential neighborhood not a commercial area.

they have a Billy Deans over here in Bellmore...
Many years ago my girlfriends would come out here from Brooklyn just to go there. Now that I am older, have kids and live here I would LOVE to see it gone from where it is located now. It is across from the library and Newbridge Elementary school. They can find a better location to put it.
I'm going to call anyway....

They did not approve permits to build up which I believe will be the "VIP room" if you call, ask what will be upstairs.
There will be a lawyer there Sunday as well as Channel 12 news. we shall see

ohh..gotcha. So weird.
I never get how places like this end up where they do.
In Smithtown, they have one across from the town statue or whatever.... in Hauppauge, they used to have an adult video store across from a day care center...so weird to me...I get these places exist, but the placements are always wacky.

Did they buy the old rock/biker bar that was there?
I never used to see anybody going in that bar. That is right across the street from the LIRR parking lot for the Wantagh train station.

I feel horrible about this, years ago in Valley Stream they opened a X rated shop 1 1/2 blocks from a Elementary school. We picketed also, but they stayed put for years. Fined and whatever else, but they could not force them to close.

LOL geeez. Now all the husbands that take that line are going to get questioned if they end up coming home late.

Yes! I remember that! I'm pretty sure my church were the ones who picketed. It's possible there were other picketers though of course lol

She's probably concerned about what will leak out of the place and into the surrounding neighborhood instead of being mystically teleported inside with her baby while out for a stroll.
