Yoga
Has anyone ever been to Inner Balance in Farmingdale??
Since I hate the gym and need to do something healthy for myself I figured I would give yoga a shot... Inner Balance is like 3 minutes from my house but I am open to other recommendations!!!

Never been there, but I do go to Hot Yoga Massapequa and LOVE it.
I am so not a gym person/yoga rockstar either.
