Speaking of Surveys
Are you honest or go easy on your survey for fear of admin. somehow finding out what you say?

I am honest, but when it asks how many years you have been teaching, I fill out a different bubble. Otherwise I'd be too identifiable.

I'm honest to a point. My administration in painfully spiteful, so they keep us in fear. It stinks to lean more to the positive side, even if things aren't always so rosy, but it's even worse if we get bad scores...

My school has always painted a rosier picture about our admin then is true. This year we are all being honest because when scores come back and our surveys show that the admin is perfect we don't want everything to come down on the teachers heads.
