kiddie kandids
has anyone been to the one in manhattan? what about the ones on LI? any thoughts? i am thinking about taking dd for some pics.

I've been to the one in Bohemia. I like them. They're a little expensive but I like that they print the pics there.

I went to the one by Roosevelt Field and didn't have any problems. That was before they filed for bankruptcy. I usually go to the one in Brooklyn, but was very unhappy with the service once they reopened from bankruptcy. I liked Kiddie Kandids because I was able to get my pics that same day - not anymore. It takes about 2 weeks. They are supposed to call you when the pics are ready and I never received a call. Then they took the liberty of printing additional photos of DD in different formats in case I wanted to buy them which I didn't appreciate. If I told you want I wanted, don't print anymore because I don't know what they do with prints that aren't bought. I don't need some nutjob with my DD's pics. Their prices went up so I rather spend the money on a private photographer.
