We always get events catered from an Italian deli in College Point - growing up we called it the smelly deli because of the strong cheese smell in there. If you're looking for Italian food I'd definitely recommend them - Corona Park Salumeria 1446 College Point Boulevard NY 11356 (718) 461-1467

I moved from the area 5 years ago, but growing up we'd use the German deli on Crocheron Ave. around 168th Street.
There's also Durso's on Utopia & Crocheron; yet I'm thinking they just sell the homemade ravioli/etc., & they don't cater.
Also Graziella's on Frannie Lew does excellent Italian food.

We usually use Bayside Milk farm. They're located on Bell Blvd on 35 th Ave. Their Chicken Francese is really good!
