Woodloch Pines
Has anyone gone? We are thinking of a family weekend for Columbus Day Weekend for my parents 50th Anniversary. We have 7 adults between 31- 78 years old and 2 children 6 and 13.
Pros? Cons?
TIA

Re: Woodloch Pines
Pros- lots to do for all ages, gorgeous property, fantastic food, friendly and helpful staff
Cons- price
My family has been going every year since 1989 and we love it. There's a pretty big cheese factor though with all the family games and stuff. Some people love that and some people don't...

Re: Woodloch Pines
We love it and it's probably the perfect place for what you describe.
It can be taken as super cheesey, but who doesn't love cheesey fun? There's a full list of activities like Bingo, Trivia, Name That Tune, cooking demos, and a ton of outside stuff - snowtubes, biking, hiking, pools, lakes, etc.
The food is homey, but good and plentiful and it's one of cleanest places I've ever been too.

Yes the price was a little on the high side but compared to the other places around there it looks like you get your moneys worth.
I love all those cheesy activities. And it seems like that there is alot for the kids to do too.
Thanks everyone!
